This is a really nice pot fountain. The product itself is really nice. However, This thing weighs over 75lbs and with the large Bluestone rocks put inside it with no padding whatsoever, the inevitable is going to happen. I was so excited at receiving it and eager to use it. Opened it up only to find that the rocks had smashed their way through the side of the pot leaving 2 jagged holes and a big split in the side wall.
The rocks are not secured in any way, and not even wrapped in something to help prevent this from happening. After all was said and done, I contacted Amazon straight away and they said I could either return it or take a $50.00 discount. I took the discount and fixed the pot with aquarium silicone. So far, all is well.
Despite my negative remarks about the packaging etc., this is a very nice pot fountain and makes a nice soothing sound!
